I don't know if you track your calories, but I think you need to. I am willing to bet that if you are eating junk more often than you should that you are probably getting more calories than you should as well. And even if you are watching your calories, it does matter where those calories come from. Make a move to lean proteins, veggies, fruits and whole grains... find foods you like and start incorporating them into your day - I agree with the others, if you don't like what you bring, you won't eat it.
If you are currently eating a really high carb diet (refined processed food), you might see better results and feel better if you cut some carbs (or switch to healthier carbs) and get more protein in.
You can do this!!! And you need to believe in yourself to do the right thing to become healthy.
