Well, got all the ingredients to begin SB....tomorrow is the day.....I can use all the support I can get. Anyone live in Florida? I have at least 100 lbs to lose and if I don't, I will be 6 feet under!....Hope to talk to some of you soon! If anyone can tell be how to edit my profile, I would appriecate it! Thanks!!!!

Welcome to the boards and good luck with the SB program! To edit your profile just click on "User CP" in the purple bar at the top of the page, all of the options are under there...signature, avatar, status etc.
