Default Planning for Friday June 9

Here goes. Brand new day Fresh start!!!

B: Special K, banana, milk
S: apple
L: rice, green beans, chicken
S: Kashi Bar
D: ????

Excercise: at least an hour of tennis
20 min. squats/leg lifts/crunches/resistance bands
