Breakfast: cheerios and skim milk (core enough for me)
Lunch: pinto beans with FF sour cream and FF cheese, corncake*
Dinner: 1 wedge of chicken quesadilla with guacamole, 3-4 chips with queso, 1 Smirnoff Ice
*I just made and tasted these -- SOOO good! I put Tabasco sauce into the 'dough' before putting it on the griddle

Lunch: Large Southwestern eggbeater omelet with one slice of FF Bordens sharp cheddar (3 points)
Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with black olives, tomato, red onion and balsamic vinagrette made with olive oil; grilled chicken and mushrooms with marinara over ww angel hair pasta; fresh green beans (ICBINB light); one small piece of garlic bread (25 points 5 of which are non-Core)
Dessert: Orange Dreamsicle (2 points but only 1 point is non-Core
