Problem: I overeat and have a very demanding Mt. Dew addiction
Plan/Way of Eating: Not really sure yet. Still kinda feeling it out, but I do know that it needs to be something that I stick with long term.
Favorite exercise: I don't mind exercise as long as I am not conscience of it. I need to be doing things like gardening, cleaning out barns, stacking hay, working with livestock, playing with the kids, for it to actually appeal to me. Formal exercise, especially in large doses is just too rigid and discouraging for me to stick with.
Favorite movies: Legends of the Fall, Cold Mountain, The Missing, Clan of the Cave Bear, The Color Purple.
Favorite books/plays: Usually prehistoric fiction. Anything by Sue Harrison, Jean M. Auel, or Kathleen Oneal Gear. I also like gritty novels with a setting in eras between 1600-1900.
