I was in the bookstore today, and saw The Abs Diet, and wondered if anyone has tried it...I checked it out on the web and it has incredible claims...call me a skeptic...but I"m not sure if it will work, or how restrictive it is, etc?. Can someone help me out with this, share your experience, etc?

Canadian_Mickey, I did try the ABS Diet. I started it in January and lost weight quickly. I actually ordered the books from Amazon which was so cheap and followed the plan. I did not get to my goal and had to stop the diet. Now, I am actually restarting the plan now along with the recommended exercise plans.
I recommend it.
