cooking easter lunch for mil today. here's what i'm having:
b--diet toast/spreadable fruit 2 pts
l--roasted turkey 4 pts, dressing 4 pts, cranberry sauce 2 pts, zucchini/other steamed veggies, beets, onions, celery, boiled potato/white sauce 3 pts= 13 pts
d--venison, diet bread, veggies, mayo 5 pts
s--popcorn 6 pts
total 26 pts
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal, and banana
Lunch: Sirloin burger with FF cottage cheese and FF sharp cheddar

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: 1/4 Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, coke
Dinner: ??
kathy, mine's not true core either, but i am eating a lot of veggies and lean meats. i guess we're all just doing what we can. i am glad you got the sandwich. it sounds good.
