While I was at Walmart today I picked up a little Prevention Magazine titled "The South Beech Diet, 2-Week Quick Start Program". It was at the check out. I'm keen to read it. I thought that everyone might like to look out for it. I'm on Phase 1 and enjoying it.
They did an article several years agoo when the book first came out. I believe they have a whole SBD group posting on their site although this Forum is definitely better.
This forum is much faster and not as many people. A few years ago it was better, with helpful topics and discusions but now they've gotten into groups and have group challenges and stuff like that. It's not as busy as it used to be.
I thought that everyone might like to look out for it. I'm on Phase 1 and enjoying it.
