I recently did the 2 day take off....(home version with the Knudsen juice etc) but like a dummy I followed the old 3 day info then noticed a note I had from this site stating you can now have 2 servings of low fat cheese on the 2 day????? I just wanted to verify.
The old 3 day there was nothing but greens and meat....the new 2 day allows cheese and mayo?

oh by the way...even though I suffered for the 2 days I have 5 pounds gone to show for it!
