Sauteed Parmesan Garlic Shrimp

  • -1 lb. raw, deveined and shelled shrimp
    - olive oil or Smart Balance
    -1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    - minced garlic (amount to your taste)
    -chopped fresh parsley

    -Sautee the shrimp and garlic in the oil or butter over medium heat until they are pink. (Be careful not to overcook them!) Add the cheese and parsley; toss and serve immediately. MMMMMMMMMMM!
