It's very encouraging to see so many enthusiastic people supporting each other. Hope I can do the same.
I went to the gym for my spinning class and thought I was going to fall asleep on the bike but kept going by thinking of my commitment to myself and this group. Today was a day off from the gym but I think I have a salsa lesson (only 3 left) tomorrow after work. By next week I will be playing vb once a week so that will keep things lively. Maybe this weekend I will get some skiing in.
I slept in this morning and was almost late for work but forced myself to put something in me before I left so I wouldn't mess up my SB routine. Thank goodness I'm getting in the habit of preparing my lunch the night before!
By the way, when I was at the gym yesterday I snuck on the scale and it looks like I might've dropped two pounds but I'm going to wait until Saturday for the true weigh-in. Wish me luck until then...and to all of you too!
