I was wondering how often everyone weighs in. I know if I see a little victory I tend to relax a little too much for some reason and put some weight on. I am thinking I will try to stay off the scale for a couple of weeks so I can get the new lifestyle rolling along.
It amazed me how much I actually eat that is ok for me. It is just this exercise thing. I am going to try to walk for 30 minutes on my planning during the school day to get some exercise and then go back to my classroom. I think it would do me a world of good to get out during the day instead of letting myself stay stuck in the classroom.
