What about some chicken...there are lots of different marinades and seasonings that you can put on chicken. You could eat that with brown rice and some veggies. I love to stir fry different vegetables. I love eating yoplait fat free vanilla yogurt and it is real good if you sprinkle some grape nuts or kashi go lean crunch cereal on top. I guess for me it is all about trying new things and seeing what you like. I have introduced myself to certain vegetables that I usually did not eat and also trying different types of fish. My family and I usually eat chicken about 3 days a week....it is just a matter of coming up with different ways to make it.
