  • I am going to try to get back into the swing of things and get OFF MY BUTT this month. Maybe getting some exercise will get me out of the 260's finally.

    My goal for October is 20 miles. I know that's low, but gotta (re)start somewhere!

    I am not going to set a goal because I will see how much I can do. I will do my best and any of you know that I tend to over do it.
