TG Food Journal (Aug 28 thru Sept 4)

  • OK ... starting this weeks journal on Sunday instead of Monday. I didn't do too well last week so this week I am going to really try harder ... in sticking with my lo-carb AND writing everything down.

    Sunday, August 28

    BREAKFAST:
    2 coffee/blk
    2 slices lo carb wheat bread w/sugar-free jam

    LUNCH:
    1/2 cucumber
    coffee/blk (2)

    DINNER:
    haven't had it yet ... waiting for hubby and may be going to the casino .. will pick from their buffet .. let ya know later...

    BREAKFAST:

    2 coffees/black

    LUNCH:
    3 fried eggs
    2 slices lo-carb wheat toast w/butter
    2 slices bacon
    2 coffee/black

    DINNER:
    8 oz sirloin steak w/mushrooms
    veggies (broccoli and cauliflower)
    small dinner salad w/Italian dressing
    1 lg ice tea/plain

    SNACK:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar

    Yea! I was good all day!

    BREAKFAST:

    2 coffee/black
    1 ice cream bar (lo-carb)

    LUNCH:
    1 cup pork rinds w/sour cream
    coffee/black (2)

    DINNER:
    3 slices turkey breast
    2 slices cheddar cheese
    1 cucumber, sliced


    I plan to have a cup of hot choc milk (Hood's lo-carb) before bed tonite.
