TG Food Jounal (Week of August 22nd)

  • Well ... here is a new week and a new food journal thread ... Let's post everyday ok?

    Monday, Aug 22

    BREAKFAST:
    2 coffees/black
    2 chocolate chip cookies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    (didn't want to post this but we have to be honest)!!!

    LUNCH:
    2 coffees/blk
    2 slices cheese
    2 hot dogs (no buns)

    SNACK:
    about 10 macadamia nuts

    DINNER:
    kielbase & cabbage dinner
    green beans (from my garden) yum......!!


    Ok girls - I want to be hearing from you!

    BREAKFAST:
    2 coffees/blk
    2 hot dogs (no buns)

    LUNCH:
    1 cup pork rinds w/sour cream
    2 slices cheese
    green tea (2 cups w/splenda)

    SNACK:
    1 lo-carb icre cream bar
    24 oz water

    DINNER:
    1 slice pizza w/crust and the toppings of 2 others without crust
    1 glass ice tea w/lemon

    24 oz of water while sitting in my hot tub ...

    tomorrow I need to get in more water ...working on 24 oz now and will have it gone before bed but need to get in more!

    3 small sausage links & slice cheese
    diet low carb fruit drink

    Lunch
    bowl of veggies
    diet low carb fruit drink

    Dinner
    grilled cheese sandwich
    diet fruit drink
    1 diet low carb ice-cream bar

    Wednesday, Aug 24

    BREAKFAST:
    2 coffee/blk
    1 fried egg
    2 strips bacon

    LUNCH:
    2 slices cheddar cheese
    coffee/blk

    SNACK:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar (Blue Bunny butter pecan) mmmm.. mmmm.. good!

    DINNER:


    I'll be back later for the rest of the day ...

    Breakfast:
    1 slice toast
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 tablespoon jelly
    diet fruit drink

    Lunch:
    small bowl of soup

    snack:
    peach

    dinner:
    grilled cheese sandwich
    diet fruit drink
    diet low carb ice cream bar
