Scrumptious Saturday (Menus & Points)

    B~ one hi fiber english muffin
    peanut butter
    one tablespoon preserves
    one can Mountain Dew

    The rest of the day's plan:
    L~ frozen WW dinner
    ice water

    S~ leftovers from last night-- green beans, potatoes, and diced ham (crockpot casserole)

    We'll see.... that's the plan for now but I don't feel very good today, so I might end up eating soup or something instead.
