Hi y'all...I've been posting on the 100lb Club Board for a few weeks. I was doing a low calorie plan, but my gynecologist recommended that I follow a low-carb plan due to my PCOS/Insulin Resistance diagnosis. So.....I read all about the diet, went grocery shopping, and here I am at Day 1! My fiance is also doing this with me, which will make it easier!
