I've been going for my usual 1/2 hour walks at lunch time. Did an extra 20 minutes last night by walking to my WW meeting and then some yoga this morning
well I did a quick 10 min tone on my arms on thursday...didn't really work out friday except for walkin all over dropping off applications...but yesterday I spent the whole day outside weeding and raking and trimming bushes...hauling things all over and I am sore! I'm also a bit burnt lol
