  • Ok. I'll try to remember to log into this. Sonnet..you just count your exercise and mark it down. 20 min of exercise=1 mile. We count the miles and then at the bottom total it up. Did my step aerobics yesterday.

  • Adding in my 1/2 mile today. I did 1/4 mile around the park and then some running and playing ball with my kiddo and our new furbaby Coco.....so I think that qualifies as the other 1/4 mile.

  • Don't forget. You only count 20 minutes of exercise as a mile if there is no distance or way of tracking mileage. Like if you do a 30 minute dance video, you would have 1 and one 1/2 mile. If you walk a mile, but it takes you an hour....you still only have 1 mile. I hope that makes sense
  • Walked 2 miles according to my mom's pedometer.
