Good April Morning, Cathy
I'm back into my walking again and feeling so much better... I sure did miss you gals! You are such a great cheerleader, Cathy, I cannot wait to join in this month. I began walking again the last two weeks of March and averaged 7 miles a week right now. I hope to do more as the weeks pass, but till that happens...
I pledge to myself to get in at least 28 miles this month
Hey SunnyD - I was gonna send you a pm last night but I got sidetracked and had to get off the computer before I got to it - sorry about that. But I wanted to see how you were doing! I've been thinking about ya and missing ya and praying for you!
Soooooooooo you must be feeling better? averaging 7 miles a week is awesome!!!! are you able to walk outside? or doing WATP? what are ya up to?
Other than lots of prayer, do you happen to know why you are finally feeling better?
It is sooooooooo good to see a post from you!!!!! we sure have been missing you!
sheri- that is awesome! great on meeting your March goal I have no doubt that you will reach your goal for april! you are doing GREAT!
I looked and my goal for March was 40 miles. I logged in 36. If I had walked like I should have this past week I would have reached my goal, but ahhhhhhhhhh, life gets in the way sometimes. I'm glad for any walking I get in - I need every step I can get!

(I can dream... can't I )
Hey there Cathy girl...
I am glad you are beginning the walking threads I take care of two right now and it's nice to be able to stop in after you have started it Besides... you are doing such a great job
Thank-you so much for all your prayers! I am sure of it that I am well because of the prayers of my net friends I am feeling so much better, I cannot begin to tell you - I was so ill for so long that I had forgotten how nice it feels to feel well. I have been on the new program (*Patient Heal Thyself* by Jordan Rubin - he also wrote *The Maker's Diet*) for a month now and I know I am on the right path. I have not lost any more weight, but I am healthy again I figure that the weight will come off eventually... so I am practicing patience too
As for what I am doing right now... both - walking outside and on the T-Mill... this morning it was the T-Mill, so I could hop on and get started (not having to get dressed to go out). The weather has been beautiful the last few days and I am loving it! Although, the weather people are calling for more of that 4 letter word (snow) by tomorrow --- I pray that they are wrong! They were about yesterday
Well, today is the beginning of a new month and I have my April walking goal and I am ready! I've decided to start slow to get back in the habit of walking so my goal for April is to walk 25 miles. Off to a good start with the 2-mile WATP video this a.m. I plan on mixing it up with walking outdoors, the treadmill and the videos so I don't get bored. Plus it is soooooo windy here I can't get out in it.
cathy is alway posting her miles up.. so I figured I'd come join the fun since I started walking again.. I love to walk especially when it's nice outside.
My goal is going to be 50 miles for April.
So far today I've walked 2 miles
if I have a chance I might take my kids to the park and walk some more.
Can I join you?? Dont count miles at the moment (or kilometers as Im in Australia), but I do count time and my goal for April is 186 hours. Would LOVE to have the support as exercise is my problem area!
