What are your fitness/health goals? To do something everyday for at least 20 mins.
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Well I have a few: 1) Turning 30 next year and wanted to be 20lbs lighter, 2) I am at my pregnancy weight and my daughter will be 3 in Feb.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Temptation! Not being able to say no...but I am working on it and also doing exercise.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? exercise regularly and stick to it, eating more fruits and veggies as opposed to low-cal snacks, drinking more water.
