New to SBD

  • Hi everyone, my name is Trish and I am new to SBD.
    I've done atkins in the past but have decided to try SB as it seems to fit more into my NWOE( new way of eating )

    I just did a 24hr detox and am stating phase 1 today. I am trying to shed 30lbs min but would like to see my goal of 100-105 and MAINTAIN( havent seen that since I was 18 and got pregnant )

    Just got home from the gym, put in 40 mins on the old
    and then did lower body workout so am settling for a bit then off to clean house
