Specifically, which salad dressings are OKAY to use in Phase 1?

Anything with 3 grams of sugar or less. I use kraft free ranch.

Its called Kraft Free Ranch, and yes it is fat free.

I have never seen Kraft CarbWell here .... Hmm .. i wll have to go scour all the grocery stores again!!!
