Hello, I have been on the Beach for 5 months. I was on a small forum at Prevention. I am sad to say that our group slowly disbanded. I am looking for a group that has been on the beach less than a year. I have a few friends that will come over as well. Let me know of your group so that we can chose one to join. Thanks

Yes, MsJulia, it is one big group but we are very close and love to welcome new members. You will find a daily thread that most people post in. We have a monthly weight challenge thread as well as a monthly exercise challenge one. Then people start new threads whenever they have a question or just something to say. We are pretty flexible here. Why don't you join in and see how you like it? Everyone here is pretty supportive.

Yes, we're just one big group. We have a "daily" thread just for chat (all are welcome!), and there are lots of other threads with support/FAQ/recipes.
We'd love to have you join us... we're all at different stages on South Beach, but the support here is great, and we do have fun, too.

Welcome! This is a fabulous group of women who are very supportive! I currently just post on occasion, b/c I am pregnant, but you will find everyone to be great.

I will be back with a vengance late June/early July.
