  • I'm in again this month. My goal for the month is to do 75 minutes of cardio 5 times per week and strength/flexibility training 3 - 4 times per week.

    November 30 - 75 minute cardio workout (hope to get a 90 minut upper body workout in when I get home, but it depends on what time I get home)

    I'm not sure how this works, but will give it a try.

    Nov 1- 40 Minutes...20 upper body, 20 walking

    Nov 30-I went to the doctor and got a diagnosis of PPS. (Post Polio Syndrome) I've been down for most of the month but with muscle relaxers and Ibprophen am feeling better. I had to give up my gym membership as the machines are too hard on my muscles, but will be starting a walking program within the next few days.
