i wanted to know if sbd is safe? ive heard that it is similar to atkins and i heard that atkins isnt that safe. can someone plz give me some info.

Have you read the book? This plan cuts saturated fat which Atkins allows so it is safer in my opinion. Please check with your doctor.

I've tried tons of diets and I think SBD is the healthiest diet around. The reason the Atkins diet isn't safe in some cases is 1) you can eat as much saturated fat as you want and 2) it encourages ketosis. I would definitely recommend reading the book as it will give you some insight on SBD.
