I'm a newbie, too!

  • Good Morning! I've just started the plan today. I've got between 15-20 pounds to lose and I think that I can do it on this plan. I've been reading through the boards and wow! What a wealth of info from you all. I didn't really prepare to go on the plan today (yes, bad) so I haven't shopped as I should, but for breakfast I had two eggs and v-8. I plan to go shopping tonight. I can't wait to get to know you all better. Thanks in advance for all of your help and support!

    Reading the book is a very, very good idea!!! You might want to even take it on your shopping trip. Going shopping for the right foods seems to be super essential on this plan. It's easy to fall off the wagon when you have little OP food to eat.

    Check out the stickies in the FAQ for answers to many of your questions, but feel free to post them here, too. There are so many wonderful wise people in this forum who can help you out!
