This is a little silly but want to you to know that I have been inspired by those of you who have included your weight statisics in your signatures. I finally created one for myself and it includes a goal weight and date. This is the first time on SBD that I have given myself one and it feels really good and obtainable. I feel motivated to get back on track and stay there...hopefully this last longer than it takes me to get home and put my head in the refridgerator!!!
