Hi,

I was writing to ask if anyone might be able to help me. I know how to do some stuff on the computer, but other stuff baffles me. My son sent me an e-mail with a nice picture of himself. I would like to print it, but have been unable to do so. When I first see it, I can only see the edge of it until I scroll over. I try to print it, and it prints only the edge of it even though the picture is centered on the screen. I sent it to my other e-mail address. Then I could see the whole picture without scrolling or anything, but again when I tried to print it, it prints only the edge.

If anyone knows how to help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
