I hate to admit it, but I guess I'm getting to the age where perimenopause is showing it's ugly head. I've never tried any soy products. Can anyone suggest items that actually taste good??? Are soy nuts as tasty as actual nuts???

I like soy nuts. They are similat to peanuts in flavour. I have used the soy hamburger and have eaten some of the burgers which are all fine. Soy milk is terrible in my opinion. The only way I eat tofu is as garlic mayonnaise or in a Chinese stir-fry with black beans and eggplant.

Thanks, Ruth. I'll buy some soy nuts tomorrow. I guess I'll start small and then work out to more exotic soy products. I'm probably one of the very few who has never eaten anything soy. I guess I'm a meat eater at heart.
