hi my name is sarah i started weight watchers about a month ago iv lost 11 lbs but this week i totaly found myself benging i was sick and just used food to feel confert i havent ben on this site for 2 years im so glad to be back

Just joined weight watchers two weeks ago....go to meetings every Friday here in Florida. Using the Fitbit and the online recipe builder an lot!! Hope to get this weight off once and for all!!

Hi Kate, I'm glad you joined WW. My husband has a fit bit. It has encouraged him to walk more.
