Hi everyone.

I was thinking of joining either Curves or PACE in my town. They have the same concept...I think. Has anyone had any success with this...pds lost inches lost???

I'm considering joing curves, too. I'm going after work today to give it a try. I'll tell you what I think.

I have been at Curves for 3 wks now and love it. It is a very relaxed (no dress up). It is nice to go when you want and do it in 30 mins. and your done. I was never sore after either and I feel so comfortable there. I have joined many health clubs but I think this is one I will stick with. They have a website with more info. Good Luck!!!

We have a curves thread, come on over and talk to the girls there. You will get motivated.
