Hi. I would like recommendations for a workout video. I am 8 weeks post-partum and was on bed rest for a few months prior to delivering.
I used to work out 3-4 times a week - cardio machines and some yoga.
I am overwhelmed by the choices. The Firm. Power 90. Yoga. Pilates.
Any video gurus out there who can make a recommendation?
