I did lose weight but the price was losing tons of hair. So I quit. Ive kept my weight down by watching my calories. But to be truthful its a struggle. You can follow the program if you want by finding other around 100 calorie things.
For breakfast I usually have Better Oats 100 calorie, 100 calorie Grits, cereal with almond milk, or egg beaters
For lunch I usually have Progresso light soup. 130 to 220 calories per can. Im in maintenance but you could do half a can.

For bars I like Built Bars 110 calories on line only. These are really close and they taste a lot better.
