    I really dropped the ball the last few months.
    I have a walking 5K at the end of April, so my goal will be to get in shape for it by walking 30 minutes a day four times a week.

    Monday April 1: 30 min
    Saturday April 6: 30 min
    Mon Apr 8: 30 min
    Tues Apr 9: 30 min
    Fri Apr 12: 30 min
    Sun Apr 14: 30 min
    Mon Apr 15: 30 min
    Mon Apr 22: 30 min
    Sat Apr 27: 60 min
  • Monday's workout was solid - 55 minutes of heavy weight-lifting, 45 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of stretching.

    Today's workout was also solid effort - 40 minutes of heavy lifting, 50 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of abs and stretching.

    I am traveling the rest of this week and won't (formally) workout, but do expect to do some leisurely walking on the weekend.

    My "goal" for exercise this month is to make sure I am getting in 3 x solid workouts every week and try to add in the odd hour or 2 of walking in the evenings (now that they are getting longer and spring is coming!).

  • Hi everyone. I've been off program for the past several months and just starting back again. My goal for April will be 500 min of exercise.

  • Back to the gym, today. Lifted weights for about 35 minutes (my back really did poop out during my deadlifts and my T-bends. Sigh). And I did cardio-step for 50 minutes and a quick 10-minute ab/stretch at the end.
