    Lots of steps around the city and lots of active walking, but not in 10-minute Fitbit blocks so my active minutes are low.

  • So glad to be joining you this month for accountability. I have 930 mins. of daily walking planned but don't need that as part of my challenge here cause my puppy is in my face when I wake up until I'm walking with him. Thank you Xander!


    I do need to start lifting (Dr. recommended) at least 2x a week and add more aerobics time as well. My GOAL is 480 mins. minimum of lift/aerobics. I've started.


    Goal 480mins lift/aerobics:

    3rd A = 30min

    4th L = 30 min
