    1 pkg (8oz.) Philadelphia fat free cream cheese softened
    3 Tbsp. Plain lowfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
    1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    Dash ground black pepper

    Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with fresh vegetables. Serves 8
