    I am 21 years old and a college student. I need to lose weight but have had a hard time staying motivated at college when it seems like everyone around me is already healthy. Due to an injury from playing rugby last fall, I got surgery on my foot in January and the recovery process has been slow, keeping me from exercising. I also tend to be an emotional eater and a traumatic incident my freshman year of college led me to put on what has ended up to be about 70 pounds. I'm ready to change but need some accountability!
