I'm new here!! For a while, my weight has crept up and I'm really feeling the health effects of the extra weight. I was recommend a book years ago - 'The beck diet solution' which tackles more of the mental side of losing weight - helping you stick to a diet. It's a 6-week thing, and i'm only 2 days in.
By any chance - has anyone here done it? And found some good results?
I feel like I know how to lose weight, but there's mentally something there that makes me fail and I'm ready to try and fix it!!
