  • good evening! 2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work today. power walked and ran errands during my lunch break. quiet day at work. I was the only one in the office. will go for a power walk and run errands in a few minutes.

    Baking homemade bread is a lot of work! My family loves it when I make it but it wears you out a bit for sure. It is so much better than store bought.

    I am going to take the day off of arms, they are tired and I just barely finished my walk.

  • good evening! busy day today! took advantage of the weather and got a lot done outside today. started taking the recycling to the recycling center today. haven't done that since December because of the weather. also took down some Christmas decorations. the decorations were buried underneath snow and ice. it was warm enough here this week to melt most of the snow and ice. got lots of power walking done today.
