  • Congrats kfunk - you're doing great

My scale hasn't moved in the past couple of days. I need to drink a bit more water and move more.

  • flower I hope that it starts moving for you again very soon. I tend to only lose 2 weeks out of the month, the other 2 weeks I stagnate. Hopefully more water will help!
  • kfunk: I did drink a bit more water yesterday which seemed to help but today I'm not doing so well with it. Hope you're enjoying the weekend.

Flower: I struggle to get my water in when I am not at the office. Nice move down today!!! We just got back from a bday party out of town and I am pretty happy with how I did, but expect to see a bump up tomorrow. I hope you are having a nice weekend too!
  • kfunk: Great job on the drop today and congrats with doing well at the bday party. The sun is out today so I'm going to head out for a walk soon.

  • This is not a true gain, most likely water weight. I had some wheat this weekend so that would explain it!! I hope to be back down to the 171's by mid week!

Hope you are doing well flower!!

  • kfunk - nice drop. Looks like you got rid of the water weight from the wheat. If I have gluten, I usually feel bloated too. I did an hour long walk yesterday. I was pleased with that as I have been gradually increasing the length of my walks for the past few weeks. I'm not where I was 6 months ago but I'm getting back on track. I still need to work on getting more water.

  • flower Thank you! WOW, an hour!! That is awesome! Where were you 6 months ago? I need to start working out now that the chaos of the holidays are behind me. It was really hard for me to get water to the level I wanted it, but slowly I got there and not it is easy as long as I don't let a few days go by without.

  • kfunk: nice drop and great job on increasing your water I'm trying to work up to my previous level of exercise which included a long walk of about 2 to 3 hours one day a week. For the remainder of the week I would either do shorter walks of about 45 minutes or go on the bike for about 40 min and add weights one or 2 days a week. This month I'm just working on trying to get back on track by increasing my walking and depending on how I'm doing I might add in the bike one day a week starting in Feb. It's been a bit of a struggle to get back on track this month and I'm not yet consistent with my eating, water or exercise.
