I found great success using hard candies as treats without over induldging. Little ones like life savers, jolly ranchers I do tend to end up chewing so have stuck to ever lollipop you can imagine. Over the holidays I greatly enjoyed switching to the variety of candy canes but they are now out of season and I find myself disheartened to be back on the lollipop train. Any suggestion for large hard candies that can help beat the binge?
