January '18 Work Out Log

  • Goal- increase the cardio, keep lifting heavy, see what happens
    Jan 1- racquetball hour+
    Jan 2- shoulders, elliptical (20 min), stepmill (20 min)
    Jan 3- biceps and triceps, elliptical
    Jan 4- shoveled snow 1 hr
    Jan 6- 2 hrs 20 min of racquetball! Over 18k steps
    Jan 7- chest, cardio
    Jan 8- legs
    Forgot to log!
    Jan 15- chest, cardio
    Jan 16- elliptical, treadmill 45 min
    Jan 17- full body
    Jan 18- shoulders
    Jan 21- chest, cardio
    I forgot what I did!
    Jan 28th- shoulders and cardio
    Jan 29th- chest and cardio
    Jan 30th- legs
    Jan 31st- back and cardio
    I'm a lot better at tracking my weight than my work outs, still working out!
