I am starting my new rotation today. It's Jessica Smith's Walk The Weight Off 30 Day Plan.
Check-In:
JS 30 Minute Hiit walk and 15 Minutes Standing Abs
The standing abs workout was not on the calendar for today but I had time so I added it in. There are 2 short workouts, the abs one and then the 15 min cardio workout. If I have extra time and want to add something I can add one of those.
We have off for tomorrow, too. We will go back to work on Wednesday. I need to look to see what's on the calendar at the gym for tomorrow.
Getting ready to make the pork chops, collard greens, and hoppin' John. We also had something similar yesterday on our way back home.
