  • active Congrats on averaging 61 minutes per day, that is a huge accomplishment, one that I hope to achieve in the future!! Your weight loss so far is astounding!! How long have you been working towards your goal and what type of plan are you on to lose? It is freaking freezing outside where we are... BRR!!!! I can never wrap my head around the swings in temperature we have here.

Well, things are not looking so hot for me right now. I was down to 172.8 earlier in the week and then went crazy for 2 days in a row... I am hoping that by the end of the challenge I can get back down to 172.8, but there is very little time left.

  • Hi Folks,

I was interested to see the results Yline and Morning Glory have been having with Weight Watchers. I have to admit the commercials are getting to me! I might go check it out.

Kfunk and Morning Glory: Congratulations on getting back to it.

My muscle flare up continues to plague me. I see my physical therapist again today. I averaged 35 minutes of exercise this week. I have not been doing pilates and generally walking as tolerated. A little discouraging but it could be a lot worse

KfunkYou asked about my weight loss. It still amazes me. Even though I have been maintaining for about 4 years, it feels like a miracle. It has been about a 15 year journey for me with ups and downs but over the long haul; steady progress. I do not follow a specific eating plan, but try to stay away from foods I am sensitive too, mostly dairy and grains. I also do not eat a lot of processed foods. I mostly eat protein, fruits, vegetables, and the occasional treat.
  • active I hope that you start to feel better soon. Good job for getting in exercise where you can! Your loss and maintenance of the loss is incredible!!
