    yumeo I am the same way, I have lost 75 lbs. by changing my diet and now I need to focus hard on the exercise. I started doing the 30 Day Shred and we just bought a treadmill so I am pretty excited about that!!

  • kfunk I'm a triage nurse in a doctor's office. This is a new type of nursing job for me but I think I'm going to like it! I am doing great staying on plan with my eating (if anything I'm finding it easier to eat less and fast longer due to being at work all day) but I haven't been to the gym since Sunday
    I rationalize to myself that I am not on a regular routine since starting this job yet but really it's just an excuse and I need to get my butt back there ASAP!

  • boop That is awesome that you are finding it easy to stick to your eating plan, and even better that you like the new job a lot so far!! I hope that you find its somewhat easy getting back to the gym with your schedule!!

    I have done the 30DS 6 out of the last 7 days so I am pretty proud of that!!! I just keep hoping for a big drop, but it hasn't happened yet!!
