    new here🙋
    I just want to lose weight.. look pretty and feel good no great.. I have been overweight always.,but this needs to be changed..
    goals:-lose 15-20kgs (doesn't seem like a lot but believe me I was slim for a year, as I became anorexic thn started bingeing later purging and abused laxative too. thus got all the weight back)
    :- do a short or a week of water fasting (I have already messed up my digestive system.. so just to give it a break and rejuvenate itself)
    :- get a toned, strong, healthy body.

    today too I just thought of starting the fast but I know better..
    I need to prepare,, "if I fail to prepare then I am prepared to fail". lol philosopher..
    so gonna do my research... start with juice fasting then move on to water only challenge.

  • Start off slow, focus on one item to change. Eating smaller portions, adding vegetables, lean meat, fruit and whole grains, drinking more water each day.

    What has helped me so far is to track my calories...nothing fancy I created an excel spreadsheet to track my calories. This helps me stay on track and not have a snack and forget how many calories I've eaten. Some days when I don't have time to use the spreadsheet, I use a post-it-note or a piece of scratch paper at my desk at work.

    Also, I plan what I am eating one day in advance, that way there are no excuses to get fast food or cookies or whatever will keep me from losing weight.
