Hi and it's awesome to meet you all. I'm new here but not to dieting. This time I'm doing things my way, not the way others tell me I should do X or Y because it has never worked for me. This year I'm currently down 9.1 kilos (20lbs) through the 16/8 diet. I'm not counting calories and the freedom is AMAZING! I would like to lose another 10 kilos (22lbs) this year so my goal is to work towards that. I'm also dealing with an under active thyroid and fibro. I am married with two beautiful girls who are 10 and 7 years old. I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
I feel you on that - when I counted calories, I spent so much time counting and figuring things out before I ate that it basically ate up my day haha
