  • Walked 13 min. on my TM.....
  • Good morning!
    Got in five miles this morning. I was real happy with my time at 4.5 miles....it only took about 55 minutes. I walked slow the last .5

    We are gonna take a friend tonight who is just getting back into walking so we won't get to go as far but it will still be great getting out. And getting my friend back into walking. That's if she doesn't bug out...LOL

  • YEAH!!!! I'm back to being able to post on this board

    Despite it being late, hot, humid, threat of rain, toe still sore and the terrible reality of having to loosen my fanny pack a lot, I got out and did my 4.5 miles - slow as well but at least I went!!!!

    10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes lower body TBT!
  • Tues. Walked 13 minutes on my TM. We're doing it ladies....
  • Monday..
    Walked 3 miles did wt training for 30 minutes.

    Tuesday..

    So far I have walked 2 miles. Willget in another 3 & wts tonight.

    WTG everyone getting in their exercise. Last night I got in 4.5 miles. Trying to wake up for this mornings walk. I started tiling the dining room last night and I am wiped out this morning before I even start. Hopefully the walk will get me moving.

  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 27 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Tuesday...
    5 miles walking 40 minutes wt training and floor exercies.

    14 min. on TM....
  • Hubby and I were not able to do tummy tape last night as we lost power for 2 1/2 hours due to a storm.

    I did get to the gym early this morning:
    5 minutes eliptical (60 calories)
    circuit & weight for upper body
    30 minutes TM (160 calories)
  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 33 minutes lower body TBT.
  • WEDNESDAY
    4.5 miles
